Palmetto GBA J11 Announces New Features in OPS: e-Offset and e-Check

Palmetto has implemented two new important features for J11 providers in the following Online Provider Services (OPS) portal: e-Offset and e-Check!

These new features should help providers tremendously.   The e-Offset feature will insure a speedy response to a request for offset and provides confirmation that the offset request has been made by the service provider.  The e-Check function will greatly assist with making sure overpayments are promptly paid, eliminate mail lag and reduce interest charges for prompt payers.  Please click on the following links for more information:
