Carolina Complete Health Network is committed to supporting the wellbeing of providers, physicians, clinicians, and their staff. They are holding a Resiliency Workshop on December 10th, 2021, at 12:00 PM. Using concepts from the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)®, this skills-based approach increases awareness of the impact of stress on the body and how to restore a sense of calm during difficult situations. Participants will learn practical skills they can begin using and sharing with others right away!
