Join us on February 17th at noon as we hear from Founder and CEO of Matchwell, Robert Crowe, and Matchwell’s Director of Clinical and Quality, Bree Becker, MSN, FNP-C, RNC-MNN. This session will focus on national and regional trends as they relate to the healthcare workforce. Learn new strategies to engage with employees, making retention a byproduct for your practice.

  • Review national/regional workforce engagement and retention trends.
  • Identify and discuss evidence-based techniques for engagement.

Speakers

Robert Crowe
Founder and CEO, Matchwell

Rob is a twenty-year veteran of the staffing industry with ten years helping lead one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing companies. Rob left the industry and founded Matchwell to help provide healthcare organizations an alternative way to access more contract or on-demand clinicians without the expenses of a staffing agency.

Bree Becker, MSN, FNP-C, RNC-MNN
Director of Clinical and Quality, Matchwell

Bree graduated from the Byrdine Lewis School of Nursing at Georgia State University in 2007, and received her master’s as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in December 2018. She is the Director of Clinical and Quality for Matchwell and also works as a nurse practitioner for Northside Hospital’s Maternal Heart Health Clinic where she focuses on patients recovering from pre-eclampsia and other pregnancy-related cardiac conditions.
