Program

Kristina Natt och Dag, PhD, VP of Leadership Development and Executive Director of the Kanof Institute for Physician Leadership, and Erin Grover, Program Manager of Leadership Development with the Kanof Institute for Physician Leadership, will present on the importance of understanding how interpersonal relationships and behaviors impact collaboration, they’ll address the key components to effective leadership, and discuss how to develop individual roles to achieve the highest potential from each team member.

Speakers

Kristina Natt och Dag, PhD, Executive Director
Kanof Institute for Physician Leadership
Kristina Natt och Dag has a PhD in Education Research and Policy Analysis from NC State University. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Rights from Lund’s University in Lund, Sweden. She works in the field of training and development in the corporate and non-profit sectors, with a focus on leadership development. In April of 2014, she joined the NCMS Foundation in the capacity of Director of the Kanof Institute for Physician Leadership.

Erin Grover, Project Manager
Kanof Institute for Physician Leadership
Erin Grover is a native of Apex, NC, and as a graduate of Meredith College holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. In her current role, she works in close collaboration with the director of the KIPL, handling various aspects of the leadership development programs.
