North Carolina Medical Society Foundation, in cooperation with the North Carolina Medical Group Management Association, invites you to join us to discuss the latest updates on the Medicare Access and Chip Reauthorization Act (MACRA). In this webinar, we will review key elements of the recently passed MACRA, including how the current Medicare quality reporting programs will be affected. Attendees will learn more about CMS’ plans for Medicare reform and key timelines to consider in the implementation process.

Time will be reserved for questions and answers within the last fifteen minutes of the presentation.


Jennifer Gasperini joined the North Carolina Medical Society in June of 2014 as the Director of Health Policy, coming most recently from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) where she focused on federal legislative and regulatory issues pertaining to physician quality and payment. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, with a minor in Political Science, from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in Legislative Affairs from the George Washington University.
